Hi,
The answer for this question is A - The number servers migrated to AWS.
Reason for picking this option is, migration to cloud is done keeping in mind the cost saving the organization makes. And in the given options the major area of investment the company does is on hardware (Servers). Rest of the options are the ones which accompany with my server i.e., users/passwords/keys and for this the investment is absolutely minimum when compared with Servers. Hence, its the Servers that take priority while working with the TCO Calculator. Below link from Jeff gives the reason why my answer is correct.
